WE are AECN JESUS UK!!

One Lord, One Faith, One Baptim. Ephesians 4:5

The Church as a body reflects the orderly and holy character of Christ, firmly grounded in love, doctrine, and faith. We recognize ourselves as members of the body of Jesus Christ and, therefore, brothers and sisters in faith—all of us who profess the commandments established by the Holy Spirit, in fulfillment of the great commission given by the Lord.

The AECN JESUS UK is a non-profit, Pentecostal-Oneness organization dependent on the IEAN JESUS ECUADOR, established in the United Kingdom since 2014.

We believe that Jesus is the only wise God, we believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and, as evidence of this, in speaking in tongues. We practice baptism in the Name of Jesus (by immersion) for those who have repented and turned away from sin.

Our purpose is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and the absolute truths written in the Bible, to spiritually guide the members of our organization, and to maintain the purity of the message and biblical doctrines.

What we believe

Fundamental doctrines

The essential tenets of salvation articulated by this organization align with the comprehensive plan of salvation outlined in the Word of God. These tenets are:

  • The Gospel.
  • Faith.
  • Grace.
  • Repentance.

The transformation.

Baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit, evidenced by the ability to speak in other tongues.

We must strive to preserve the unity of the Spirit until we all attain unity in faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, maturing and reaching the full measure of Christ's fullness. (Ephesians 4:13)

Simultaneously, adherents are encouraged to refrain from disputing differing personal beliefs that may fragment the community.

REPENTANCE AND CONVERSION

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

REPENTANCE AND CONVERSION

The remission and forgiveness of sins are obtained through genuine repentance and conversion, confessing and forsaking sin. God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and turn away from their sins, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

We are justified by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1).

John the Baptist preached repentance, Jesus proclaimed it, and the apostles emphasized it to both Jews and Gentiles. The word “repentance” is derived from several Greek words, which literally translate to a change of mind and purpose. It is a change of heart, a change of mind, a change of life, a transformation.

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

REPENTANCE AND CONVERSION

The biblical mode of baptism is by immersion, and it is only for those who have repented, having turned away from sin and the love of the world.

It must be administered by a properly authorized minister of the gospel, in obedience to the Word of God and in the name of the Lord Jesus, according to the book of Acts of the Apostles in 2:38; 8:16; 10:48; 19:5. Thus, obeying and fulfilling the commandment of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19.

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

“And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” (Acts 2:4)

The expression “gift of the Holy Spirit” refers to the promise as a present. The term “baptized with the Holy Spirit” refers to the experience received by the apostles in the upper room and by all believers in all times and places. The expression “filled with the Holy Spirit” refers to the constant replenishment of the anointing, which implies a daily walk under the influence of the Holy Spirit. All of these terms are found in the New Testament.

It is biblical that everyone who has received the baptism of the Holy Spirit has had the evidence of speaking in other tongues.

Speaking in tongues, as described in Acts 2:4; 10:46; 19:6, is evidence of having received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The gift of tongues, as explained in 1 Corinthians 12-14, is the same Spirit operating with a different use and purpose.

THE CHURCH

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

The church is the body of Christ, made up of those called by the gospel around the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ, incorporated into it by obedience to the truth.

“And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” (Matthew 16:18)

Their practices and doctrines are contained in the Word of God.

“And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.” (Ephesians 1:22-23)

“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called.” (Ephesians 4:4)

“And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.” (Colossians 1:18)

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

We agree on the separation of Church and State, and that neither should interfere in the private affairs of the other, for here the biblical precept of “give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s” is fulfilled. (Mark 12:17).

Christians can participate in civic activities according to their abilities and political inclinations, but reflecting their personal ideas and not those of the church, which is always neutral and has room for all men at the same time.

Christians must obey civil authorities and all laws and regulations issued by them, provided they do not contradict their religious principles or force them to do things against their conscience (Romans 13:1-17).

GENDER AND SEXUALITY

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

THE STATE AND THE CHURCH

A statement of faith does not encompass the full scope of our beliefs. Only the Bible, as the inspired and infallible Word of God, speaks with ultimate authority on truth, morality, and the proper development of humanity; it is the sole and final source of all that we believe.

We believe that God wonderfully and immutably created each person as male or female. These two complementary and distinct genders together reflect the image and nature of God. To reject one's biological sex is to reject the image of God. (Genesis 1:26-27; 2:21-24; 5:1-2; Psalm 139:13; Matthew 19:4).

We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the union of one man and one woman in a unique and exclusive union, as taught in the Word of God. (Genesis 2:21-24; 5:1-2; Matthew 19:3-6; Mark 10:7-8; 1 Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 5:31; Hebrews 13:4).

We believe that God has ordained that sexual intimacy should occur only between a man and a woman.

We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be practiced outside of marriage. (1 Corinthians 6:18; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Hebrews 13:4)

We believe that any form of sexual immorality, including adultery, fornication, homosexual, bisexual, and transgender practices, cross-dressing, bestiality, pedophilia, incest, and the use of pornography, is sinful and offensive to God. (Exodus 22:19; Matthew 15:18-20; Romans 1:27-29; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10).
